Ricette – il Chapati

Il Chapati e’ il famoso pane indiano preparato con i più semplici ingredienti: farina, acqua e sale. Viene consumato regolarmente nel sud-est asiatico nell’africa orientale.

Il chapati si strappa con le mani e si usa per raccogliere verdure o carne dai piatti.
